There are fittings included which can be screwed into the deck, and the ladder slips into those fittings. I will follow up with pictures shortly....

I am happy to send more photos by email if you'd like, but I can't figure out how to attach more than one photo here. There are four stainless steel fittings, so you can attach the them on both sides of the boat to move the ladder to either side.
