I'm sailing back from Mexico in April and may be listing my IP370 with a broker. If a prospective owner is on this site and interested in a direct purchase we can split the saved broker fee. She's in very good condition with everything renewed in the last few years (standing and running rigging, sails, chain etc..) and upgraded (solar, lithium, radar, hydrovane, life raft...).
