My IP27 was recently destroyed in Hurricane Michael.  I am looking to replace her with another IP27, but will consider an IP29 or IP31. Options I would like include solar panel, wind generator, and dinghy davits.  Preference would be from Florida or Gulf Coast.

John, so sorry to hear about your boat.  Best of luck in finding a worthy replacement!

Suspect you already have seen it on Yachtworld, and admitedly it doesn't meet your requirements of location, wind generator or dinghy davits...but is unusually nice IP29, so, maybe...

Anyhoo, mine is Reality in Hilton Head, SC... only selling it because we moved up in boat size to have a generator and hull type due to typically light winds in this area.

(and by "mine" I mean me, the owner...not the broker listing it !)

Don't see Reality for sale.  Magnolia perhaps?

Floating in Windmill Harbour marina....the photos are pretty recent, perhaps 5 weeks old. Speaking of which, it had not been washed, much less waxed for those photos...just rinsed with freshwater a week earlier like I do after each sail...far as I know not a single craze/crack in the gelcoat...amazing for a 21 year old boat.

Condition wise excellent and appearance wise the only thing it needs is new "glass" in the dodger...wonder if I should go ahead and have new put in.. or assume the new owner would want to deal with that ?

The boat has a snap on canvas cover just for the
"glass" but adds to the work to get it ready to sail and I'm not convinced it does that much good to add longevity...what is the crowd source word on that ?

I'm going to look at it again. As much as I loved my 27' the 29' is looking interesting.
