I received your scanned PDF version of the IP31 Owner's Manual - many thanks. I ran it through the OCR process, built the Table Of Contents to simplify navigation, and optimized the file for downloading - only 1.3 MB for the entire manual including the Technical Drawings in the Appendix. Not too bad at all ...
This new manual is now available on the File Downloads page (LINK). Everyone that downloads it should be sure that View / Table Of Contents is enabled in their PDF reading software so that they can take advantage of that helpful feature.
